Plenty of colleges have dance classes. Like someone else said talk around and see what is open to all majors and what isn't. Some colleges even have student run dance groups. I know that at the college I will be going to (two of my siblings go there) they have three student run groups just for fun. If your college by some chance does not have classes you can take, simply search on Google. Put "Dance studios in..." And then the city you live in, and you should be able to find a studio for you.
