Alexis eventually explored other groups over time, performing with Team Boogiezone Breed for over a year. She has also made the jump from Captain to Director, creating her own team called Sheroes, a group of strong-minded women whose focus is centered not only on dance, but also on service. Sheroes donates all funds they earn directly to various charities, among which include The Take A Stand foundation, and The Jennesse Center, a program dedicated to women who’ve suffered domestic Violence. Alexis eventually returned to the Team Millennia family, competing alongside her teammates (affectionately known as the “TM7″), for both Seasons 2 and 3 of MTV’s America ‘s Best Dance Crew.
