first of all-this is called a ‘rewind’ (you’d think they’d know that considering they’re teaching it?!) and second, he doesn’t do it right- the first half is ok, but then you need to continue leading with your head/shoulders even once you are on your feet- using only the momentum from your arms pushing off/throwing your upper body back. He’s only doing the first half of this move correctly, then he’s just standing straight up (or what i call ‘cheating’)

no offence to any particulaer dancer,, but KNEE SLIDE seems to me is the weirdest move that ever happened to dancing industry. OUR knees arent designed for standing or putting weight on that way,,,
@BrainiacN5 i’m sorry it might have sounded like bragging i shouldn’t have acknowledged this video in the first place. Just When you learn dance and you are taught the incorrect knowledge its harder to get back on path.

I find it funny when I see people commenting that others can dance but not teach, or teach but not dance. Do you actually know that doing and teaching are two completely different things ? You have to adapt to your audience! It’s not a showoff lesson, it’s a dance lesson!! You cannot dance perfectly and explain the movements at the same time. And it’s the “students” job to practice and make it better, it has nothing to do with the person teaching!
