  Tje Access Dance may not be close, but it is a chain, which says they are financially sound and should be around for a while.

  Try http://www.ballroomdancers.com/Directory/Studios/zip.asp – look up a studio near your on their directory.
  Here is what I found within 10 miles of Rowland Heights, CA:

  You can also look for an independent instructor in your area on http://ndca.org (this one lists teacher’s credentials) or look for all sorts of ballroom activitues on http://www.usabda.org
