I am now studying at Honolulu. So I have no time for attending ballroom dance classes. Pls help me to find out the best ballroom dance dvd available in the net.

I’ve wanted to take a dance class forever, but I just haven’t had the time. But I finally do now!
My only problem is that I have one bad ankle (I sprained it really badly once, it’s usually okay most of the time, but sometimes I have to wrap it because it sprains easily)
so I can’t take a really, really intense dance class.
I was thinking about getting into jazz maybe?
I really like flow-y, graceful and smooth styles of dance.
What would you suggest?

I am a senior in high school and my first period class is dance. I think about the dances we’re gonna have to do and I am just not on how I LOOK when I dance. I kept thinking I’ll look really bad but im just not confident. How do I stop being scared and be confident?
