my first day of tap of a few days ago, im 11 and i learned them…they’re not advanced
cramp rolls are not advanced
@kooljam23 they do cramp up your legs sooner or later. Depends on who’s doing them.
advanced? cramp rolls? seriously! i learned those when i was 5!!
I’ve been tap dancing since I was 6, but didn’t learn cramp rolls until I was about 10 or 11. Watching this video actually helped me out a little; my teacher emphasises how each beat must be clear by making them look really strong when she does them slow, but now I know to be more light on my feet. Thank you
Did some of you “genius’ on here ever stop tho think that there many people out there who didn’t learn how to tap dance when we were kids and come here to get an idea of how to do it?

by saying u have “REAL tap shoes” you are implying that there are fake tap shoes. and i agree with your comments before. i learned cramp rolls in 2nd grade too. this is NOT adavanced.

ziggle honey – i don’t know who you study with, or care for that matter. there are certain universal principles to live by. and babe, you need to look up the word “humility.” to make it in any career, expecially dance, where you’re working with other dancers and amazing choreographers and directors, you need to learn how to interact and be respectful. it’s one of the keys to success in anything you do. your current attitude will hinder any potential you may have.
OMG i am 14 and learnt that at least three years ago this is not advanced-watch this space to see some tapping at my class at DHMT in new zealand with my teachers son landen hale-brown from billy eliot the musical
